Does not play Whonix OS with Qtemu!

    Good day,
    
    I have Windows 10 (Host) and I have installed Qemu on a seperate
    Partition (15 GB). I have downloaded Whonix https://www.whonix.org/ 
    the KVM file:
    
    Whonix-Xfce-17.0.3.0.Intel_AMD64.qcow2.libvirt.xz
      
    But I cannot play the Whonix VM Machine on Qtemu Manager! There
    is no error messages! I don't have CD ROM and want just play
    the file from Whonix KVM.  I have enough PC Power  with i7 Intel CPU
    and 16 RAM.
      
    I read the instruction here with another Linux distribution

What ist here the problem or why Qtemu cannot play the Whonix?
