How do i fix this and get it running??

Hi, I've been trying to set up windows 10 vm on my windows 10 pc and i've been running into some issues. Then I've found this guide (https://dev.to/whaleshark271/using-qemu-on-windows-10-home-edition-4062) and got stuck and got this result (shown in the video).

[That's the command i've used "qemu-system-x86_64 -accel whpx -hda .\Windows10.qcow2 -m 512 -net nic,model=virtio -net user -cdrom .\Windows10Pro.iso -vga std -boot strict=on"]

[This is the error shown:
