QEMU model for PowerPC to be used in a Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ FPGA on a Xilinx VCU118 evaluation board

QEMU Discussion,

 

I need a QEMU model for PowerPC - which I plan to use in a Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ FPGA on a Xilinx VCU118 evaluation board - to emulate a PowerPC processor.

 

Where do I find that PowerPC QEMU model?

 

Can that QEMU run on the Xilinx PetaLinux operating system?

 

Is the Xilinx PetaLinux operating system a necessary evil for this design approach?

 

And what are the steps I need to take to get it through the Xilinx Vivado tool flow (aimed at the Xilinx VCU118 evaluation board)?
