QEMU Plugins to monitor VM state changes

Hi,

I'm very new to writing QEMU plugins and I was looking for a way that a plugin could be notified of a change in the VM state.

For example, the -S flag is used to change the state using the runstate_set function.

In this case, would it be possible for a plugin to be notified of this change ?
