x2apic support on non-kvm machines.

Hi all,

I’m running QEMU on macOS here and was trying to enable x2apic support (-cpu 
qemu64, x2apic),
but was greeted with a message saying that TCG doesn’t support x2apic.

As far as I could gather from googling, x2apic seems to be supported just fine 
under KVM, but that obviously doesn’t help macOS.

Is there a specific reason the TCG doesn’t support x2apic? Anyway one can help 
implement it?
