[Qemu-discuss] kvm-qemu XP VM "blocked" on a debian buster host

My XP VM "blocks" after a few minutes, that is 100% cpu on the qemu 
core, nothing (mouse...) responding in the VM, and difficults (delay) to 
quit the VM by ctrl-Alt-G. And moreover outside of the VM,  
isc_socket_bind seems to be solicited (by qemu or by the XP VM) so much 
that no more name resolution is available on the whole computer. This 
occurs after a few minutes, or even some during xp power on sequence, 
even if no action is taken.

This has worked for years before...

Before what ? before last versions of qemu, or buster... but XP is the 
same since years ;) and network configuration has not changed

Any idea to find the problem is welcome.
