This is solution not working for me. Maybe, because of Centos7.
I have in the log:
3707 : host doesn't support hyperv 'relaxed' feature
3707 : host doesn't support hyperv 'vapic' feature
3707 : host doesn't support hyperv 'spinlocks' feature
/usr/libexec/qemu-kvm --version
QEMU emulator version 1.5.3 (qemu-kvm-1.5.3-156.el7_5.3)
/usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -M ?
