I compiled the bzimage from vanilla 4.13 kernel with this config:
http://sprunge.us/BgRf . The config is generated by make defconfig
followed by make kvmconfig
The arch is x86_64.
The debian.img is made with debootstrap. But that shouldn't matter
because the systems hangs before knowing the exact content on the img.
