[Qemu-discuss] Failed to setup INTx fd: Device or resource busy + Flags mismatch irq 19

Hello,

i try to connect two TV-Cards to my Virtual Machine (Qemu/KVM) - but if 
I try to start the Virtual Machine in virtualmanager I get this error 
message:


Fehler beim Starten der Domain: Interner Fehler: early end of file from 
monitor, possible problem: 2017-08-28T10:48:36.844403Z 
qemu-system-x86_64: -device 
vfio-pci,host=05:00.0,id=hostdevl,bus=pci.0,addr=0xa: vfio: Error: 
Failed to setup INTx fd: Device or resource busy

If I start the KVM/QEMU-Host I get this message in dmesage
