hello i am on gentoo linux,
how do i tell qemu/libvirtd to use hugetlb?
hugetlb is activated in kernel.
i cant find any hints in man or docu on website.
a cat on meminfo show this:
AnonHugePages: 7272448 kB
HugePages_Total: 0
HugePages_Free: 0
HugePages_Rsvd: 0
HugePages_Surp: 0
Hugepagesize: 2048 kB
any ideas how to tell qemu / libvirtd to use hugetlb?
an KVM_HUGEPAGES=1 in the /etc/conf.d/libvirtd seems not activate it.
thanks for any help
