[Qemu-discuss] zfs require nocow option like btrfs

Hello all, hope everything is going all right

Was wondering when I use btrfs in a vm on btrfs I set per the doc nocow=on for creation of image file with qemu-img. Do I need to do the same thing for....

zfs vm on btrfs

zfs vm on zfs

Or really should I just assume if the fs uses COW set nocow=on if using a similar cow fs from withing the vm

Apologies if obvious and/or already stated, and feel free to virtually bonk me on the head. Did do a longer search thru the intertubes and a quick site search of ye old mailing list
