[Qemu-discuss] How to enable syslog for qemu-system-x86_64

Hi All,

         

I am using “qemu-system-x86_64” to bring up a VM. I have been trying to find out a way to enable syslog for the “qemu-system-x86_64” binary, but I could not find out. From the man page, I see we can specify “-d” option for logging to particular file, but even those logs are very less to debug any issue. Is there a way to specify the log level?? And is there a way to enable syslog?
