OK, I've used the -drive option and specified if=ide. Still the installation
process yields a system where the boot loader begins the first sector but
fails before or in the second.
The document
http://www.ethoberon.ethz.ch/install.html#E1
has the sentence,
"Note that the diskette image file, filled to the brim, exceeds the capacity of
a high capacity diskette."
Given the command
sudo qemu-system-i386 -boot a -fda DisketteImage ...
where DisketteImage is larger than an ordinary HD diskette image,
will that be problematic for qemu?
