Hi, I am using qemu-img to convert VMDK virtual disk image to VHD (format : VPC). 1.
Qemu installed on Ubuntu Linux 14.04 VM (qemu-img version 2.0.0) is used to convert a VMDK of 8GB size file into VHD present in a NFS filer in another host took
4 minutes, both source and destination image file are same NFS location
2.
Qemu installed in customized SUSE Linux (qemu-img version 0.12.1) is taking
45 minutes for converting same VMDK to VHD in same NFS, both source and destination image file are same NFS location. This SUSE VM has high CPU and RAM than the Linux Ubuntu VM 14.04 Please let me know why this huge time difference between these two machine for converting same image. Thanks & Regards, Upendra Sahu |
