i want to emulate a slow 4core computer and install xp in it and i need to use internet in that. which commadn i must write.

cpu help show:
x86           phenom  AMD Phenom(tm) 9550 Quad-Core Processor 

so, i use this cpu whit -smp 4 or whitout that?

whitch command give me a slow computer?
