[Qemu-discuss] Higher (quadratical) resolution

Dear Qemu-Mailing-List,
since we use quadratically monitors with 2048x2048 pixels and we need to work 
in full-screen mode, I would like to use such a resolution in my qemu-machine. 
I tried it with all available graphic cards (-cirrus -std -vmware) but it 
didn't work.
Does anyone have an idea how to achieve that?
