[PATCH] tests: Fix printf format string in acpi-utils.c

From: zhujun2
Subject: [PATCH] tests: Fix printf format string in acpi-utils.c
Date: Thu, 26 Oct 2023 20:09:30 -0700

Inside of acpi_fetch_table() arguments are
printed via fprintf but '%d' is used to print @flags (of type
uint). Use '%u' instead.
