[PATCH 4/4] tcg: Map code_gen_buffer with PROT_BTI

Subject: [PATCH 4/4] tcg: Map code_gen_buffer with PROT_BTI

For linux aarch64 host supporting BTI, map the buffer
to require BTI instructions at branch landing pads.
