[PATCH v2 24/28] softfloat: Convert float32_exp2 to FloatParts

[PATCH v2 24/28] softfloat: Convert float32_exp2 to FloatParts |

Keep the intermediate results in FloatParts instead of
converting back and forth between float64. Use muladd
instead of separate mul+add.
