Hmm, maybe I'm wrong here, vfio_find_dma() takes advantage of the tree
layout to get to the relevant nodes versus the suggestion above where
we're just walking every node in order.  The best of both worlds would
be to find the first node using the vfio_find_dma() approach and then
walk the nodes forward from there until we've exceeded the range, but I
won't ask for that.  Thanks,
