I wonder how;  there's a autogenerated thing in
  docs/index.rst

that includes some of the docs directories subdirectories/index
Does that mean we should have this in docs/tools/virtiofsd/security.rst
and a docs/tools/index  and a docs/tools/virtiofsd/index  ?
