[PATCH v2 13/16] accel: Rename WHPX 'struct whpx_vcpu' -> AccelCPUState |

We want all accelerators to share the same opaque pointer in
CPUState. Rename WHPX 'whpx_vcpu' as 'AccelCPUState'; use
the typedef.
