[PATCH v7 00/23] cpu: Introduce SysemuCPUOps structure

Hi,

This series is inspired on Claudio TCG work.

Instead of separate TCG from other accelerators, here we
separate sysemu operations (system VS user).

Since v6:
- Rebased (3 targets removed, Claudio's target/i386 series merged)
