Agree about the aarch32 subcondition.

However, "ACPI vs. DT" is not the right "other" subcondition here;
instead we should (minimally) check "firmware vs. no firmware". See the
"firmware_loaded" boolean field.

I also suggest waiting for feedback from others! :)
