Given the errors you had with Greek characters in your dataset, you
could try creating a directory using only ASCII and see if that works
better.

It might be easiest to do this on a USB drive (because renaming your
user directory seems infeasibly difficult). So you would plug in a USB
drive and make a folder like 'pspp' so maybe that would be "E:\pspp" and
try to save there.

Even if that works, that's still pretty annoying and should be fixed if
possible.
