It looks like at attempt is made in the latest tar package to avoid
the 'gl_NEXT_HEADERS', but it still doesn't work when I configure with
./configure --without-cairo --without-gui --without-libpq. I still get
compile errors for all of the includes formatted like "# ///usr/...".
John Darrington just submitted a fix for this problem.  It will
be in tomorrow morning's tarball.
I made this change to the latest tarball, and after that I get the
following errors:
You don't have the right tools installed, or perhaps the right
versions, to rebuild parts of the tarball.  Use the new tarball
that will pop out tomorrow morning to avoid these problems.
The new tarball works great. Thanks for the assistance in getting this to work.
