I don't think it's fixed in that binary. The binary doesn't contain
the source code.

You get the source code by running a command like this:

git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/pspp.git

in a cygwin terminal. Then follow the instructions in the file
pspp/INSTALL. This may require more work than you want to do,
but it's the only way I know of to get the bug fixed right now.

Maybe unknown-1 could post a new binary?
