They are not missing. You must have joined the list later. They were in 
the mailing list in July and are in the archives:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/poke-devel/2020-07/index.html

The three prep patches were merged then. My follow-up with updates on 
ios-dev-stream happened a few months later, last weekend.

Please do not take my latency as a good example :)
