Hi.
Thanks for the bug report.

Both Issue 1 and Issue 2 should now be fixed in master.

Issue 3 is still there;  it is an issue with the management of the pass context
when passes are restarted.  I have to think about the best way to solve this
general problem.

Yeah, the stuff in pickles/future won't work.  It is brainstorming material. 
Much of it was written much before the Poke language got its current form :)
