[Po4a-dev] po4a release 0.15.1

Hello,

at least, I took the time to fix the most annoying bugs in po4a and solidify
it. Here is the changelog of this release:

   * Fix savannah's #4975: french man page is outdated.
     - This revealed to be a grave bug in the tool itself, leading to the use
       of the fuzzy strings in translation.
     - t/10-discard-fuzzy.t is a test to make sure this bug will never come 
back.
   * Fix savannah's #4976: po4a.7 outdated.
     - Update the man page to reflect the new option names.
   * Fix the small glitches which made the tests to fail.
     - Now, the testsuite is more complete, and all tests success on my box.
     - README.tests is a bit of documentation on how to repport make test
       failure.

There is still two open bugs against po4a registered on savannah's site:
 - #2353: Some docbook sgml tags not recognized 
   I may have a look at this one. I need to list all tags used in the page
   provided as example, and add them in the right category in Sgml.pm
 - #5138: -M option unavailable (please add options to set the charset)
   This one is more problematic. There is no provision in po4a for making
   sure we won't break the encoding of documents. Argh. I'm verrry bad in
   encoding issues, even more when it involves perl...
 - #5139: Bad quoting in the man page module
   I'll look this one very soon, but I wanted to release the other changes
   today, right now, without any other delay.
   
The future of po4a is:
 - fix #5138, then #2353. Need help on #5138.
 - make a proper html module, integrated in Sgml.pm I guess.
 - make a xml docbook module. No idea how yet.
 - make a po4a-refresh:
   do the po4a-updatepo and po4a-translate in one step
   use one config file to ease the patches for integration of po4a in other
     projects.
   allow to put strings from several formats in the same po file.
 - translate the doc to french: it is rather outdated for now. The man page
   of binaries are even under the 80% limit, leading to their suppression.
   
 More test, find bugs and try to eradicate them.
 
 
Thanks for your attention, and please try to break it so that I now how to
solidify it.
