Hello,

I just commited a version of po-pod which works roughly. For example, almost
all the provided documentation is translated to french ;)

The only missing thing for me to call it a beta version is the --add-file
option to pod-translate, but I don't know what you guys think about that
(because I kept offline the whole day, I guess).

I did also some quick packaging (setting maintainer to Denis, since I'm
still not a DD), and the result works, but it's not good enough for upload,
I guess:

 - I did add the Po.pm module in this package since I didn't do the requiered
extra package for it (let's call it po4a, for example ;).
 - I did not even read the perl policy :(
modules are installed under /usr/lib/perl5/Locale/Po4a. Should it be to
   /usr/share ?
 - I saw that the package contains the french manpage twice each:
   /usr/share/man/fr/man1/pod-gettextize.1.gz
   /usr/share/man/fr/man1/pod-gettextize.fr.1.gz
   /usr/share/man/fr/man1/pod-translate.1.gz
   /usr/share/man/fr/man1/pod-translate.fr.1.gz
   /usr/share/man/fr/man1/pod-updatepo.1.gz
   /usr/share/man/fr/man1/pod-updatepo.fr.1.gz
but I dunno where it comes from.
 - The TODO isn't installed (it's almost empty, but...)

Please note that the versionned dep on gettext >=0.11 comes from
pod-updatepo, which calls msgmerge in the new way (I was bored to play with
temp files).

I did also upload a version of the package to:
www.ens-lyon.fr/~mquinson/debian/po-pod_0.7_all.deb
(not even in a apt tree, I'll do that monday, not with a RTC connexion)

Could you play with it, and repport any problems, please ? On my side, I'll
try to get a 0.8 version without the problems listed here, and with some
more testing.

Yuhu, Mt.

PS: Denis, 3-1 !
