I can tell probably you how it's done for most file managers I've got
installed here if I take a moment to figure it out. I did it for kfm
once in order to be able to explain it someone and I configured the
explorer of my sisters Win32 box thus. It's usually easy but somewhat
dependent on the tools you use.
Granted, with my usual "explorer" (bash + ls) I don't know for sure how
it's done. It's rather unresponsive to point and click (at least with
regard to executing *g*). Since there are quite a lot of different tools
in linux, we'd have to compile a set of instructions with an invitation
to expand it for so far unlisted tools.
