[Pika-dev] Type nameing

Hi!

browsing a bit in the code, I found out that you're using _t suffixed
type names (e.g. scm_bucky_t). AFAIR, these names are reserved by
POSIX, so ypu might want to change that to something like scm_t_*
(Guile has gone through this, and for Pika it will be much easier if
done soon, while the code base is small).
