[Phptest-users] Need some php help for PhpTest

If anyone can help me out, I appreciate any tips on the following:

Code to:

Limit the number of times a test can be taken to 1

Remove the "Leave Blank" question entry

Have the test results or a "test taken" notification sent to me

Somehow give the user a choice of which language the test will be in.
