[Phptest-users] help instalation

help:
I want to install phptest but it leaves it:"Warning to
me: fopen("../include/config.inc.php ", "w") -
Permission denied
in/srv/www/htdocs/phptest-0.6.3/installscript/step1.php
on line 53 Error: Able I was not to
open../include/config.inc.php for writing! The config
cases out needs to writable be readable AND by the to
owner of the web server. If you plows running to UNIX
variant, you dog fix this by temporarily changing the
permissions of config.inc.php to ' 666'. Be sure to
change the permissions back to ' 640 ' or ' 600 ' when
the installation script is finished ".

I already have the data base and permission 666 I
looked for the file config.inc.php but not this that
will be
