Yes, but not using the file upload feature. You can
do it by uploading the image to a directory on your
webserver, and then referencing the image in your
question with html. For example, if you uploaded the
image to the /webroot/images directory, you could
display the image like so:
Here is an image to help you visualize the
question<br>:
<img src="/webroot/images/myimage.gif">
