[Phptest-users] Where can I mod the Index.php text ?

Can someone please tell me where I can modify the sentences that show up on the right of the Index.php

 

"This is the phpTest online testing application. You will need to login before you can take any tests."

 

I have scoured the source for this reference. but can not seem to find it, and help would be appreciated
