Do you see 'type' listed in this line at the top of
that file?

    pt_register('POST', 'submit', 'description',
'num_required', 'num_random', 'subject', 'group',
                'start_year', 'start_month',
'start_day', 'start_hour', 'start_minute',
                'end_year', 'end_month', 'end_day',
'end_hour', 'end_minute', 'notes', 'test_id',
                'type', 'password');

If not (its in cvs, not sure if it got left out in
0.6.3), add it.
