[Phptest-users] unable to login

I just installed phptest and I can't seem to login as admin.
The install went smoothly and the database seems intact, but I can't
login.
I have tried several variations of admin and passwords, including
re-installing the software with no password.

Sometimes I get the incorrect username or password.  Sometimes it just
just returns to the same screen.

Is there more documentation somewhere else?
