Nothing in CVS is guaranteed to be working :)  I just
commit at the end of the day if I worked on phptest
(in case my computer at work blows up or something
overnight).  I haven't looked at it for a few days,
but I imagine that I haven't finished doing whatever I
was doing with the changes.
