RE: [Phptest-users] Certificate for completion?

Hi Brandon,

Here is a png of the certificate:

It is mostly text, with the borders being images. It's pulling the data for
user and course from the database. (I'm guessing)

Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea how this would be done.
