That would be possible.  I wasnt able to see your cert
because you have to be logged in.  The question is,
who would be responsible for providing the certs?  I
think the best way would be to have administrators
come up with a jpg or some other picture file and
upload it as a certification.  Then, when someone
tried to access the cert, some checking could be done
to insure the person had access to view the
certificate.  Certificates would be a low priority
feature, (unless someone else wants to implement it)
but I'll add it to the todo list.  Do you have any
suggestions for a different or better way to do it?
