What do you mean by 'everything broke'
when you changed the admin password?

When I tried to follow the 'change password'
instructions in INSTALL, I did it by hand-editing
the config file, which just happens to contain the
value 123456 (the old admin password)! Of course,
this is wrong, as the thing in the config file with
a value of 123456 is HASH_VAR. You probably want to
change the default password to be different from HASH_VAR's value,
and improve INSTALL slightly to say "change password on admin...
by logging in via the web and choosing the 'change password' command".

The 'skill
level' phrase was used originally because my employer
was going to use phptest to do online testing of
employees. They were broken into different skill
levels, for instance 'level 1 helpdesk, level 2
helpdesk' etc. I didn't initially plan for phptest to
be used outside of my work so the thought of using
'subject' instead never occured to me. I'll think
about a way to rephrase that for future releases.

OK, glad to hear it.

I'm hoping to use phptest to create a unix programming skill test
for use in hiring interns. I found it very easy to set up
so far... modulo the bug in add_skill.sql... but have not quite
yet created my first test question.

Cheers,
Dan
