[Phptest-users] first impressions, continued

While I have high hopes for phptest, the phptest-0.6.0 release
appears flawed.  You folks might want to create a basic regression
test that makes sure you can add skill levels, etc.

In phptest-0.6.0, you can't even add a "skill level", as
in add_skill.php there's a typo -- it checks
HTTP_GET_VARS instead of HTTP_POST_VARS.

Seems like it's time for a new release.  0.6.0's a bit of
a turkey, isn't it?
