Here is all the information I can find, I hope it's what you're looking for:

Operating system: Linux 
Kernel version: 2.6.34.6 
cPanel Version: 11.26.20 
Architecture: i686 
MySQL version: 5.1.50 
Apache version: 2.2.16 
PHP version: 5.2.14 

It's a fresh install but it upgrades itself during the install which has 
confused me since I downloaded the newest release.  Then during the upgrade it 
tells me it's upgrading to the release that I supposedly downloaded 
(0.9.16.017). Maybe that's the root of the problem?

I also completely removed everything, includeing the db, and tried again, with 
the same results.
