[phpGroupWare-users] Install problems with missing tables

Hi all,

I am trying to install phpgroupware and experience massive problems with the 
setup routine. It doesn't install all needed tables and there is no error 
message.
At least the phpgw_lang and phpgw_async tables are missing. This issue is 
discussed in other posts, but there is no solution except the summaries of the 
installation manual. Also all tables beginning with phpgw_contact_ are not 
created. 
There are also errors when installing the application. But the 
application-mangement doesn't show them.

I am using the latest CVS version and mysql 4.11. All privileges are set as 
needed (lock tables, ...) One problem is the length of the primary key in the 
phpgw_lang table with UTF-8 encoding.

Is there a patch for the setup script or some other solution except creating 
tables manually and shortening of some table fields?
