Within phpgw? The currently isn't one. IMG and patchwork were never
really designed for this anyway, they were for basic button creation
like work IIRC.
Coppermine and Gallery2 are both excellent standalone web based image
management applications. Maybe you would like to assist in porting one
of them to phpGW :)
