can i download the files from CVS from Windows? is there a program that can do that?

I see allot of applications in CVS that aren't in the downloaded version. So these are new applications that have been created?

if so they are minor bug fixes.  for security issues and major fixes
we release new tarballs, minor bug fixes just go in cvs.
