sorry we couldn't be more help, but that's all we can do with the
little info you gave us.

a fully blank white screen can only be caused by apache crashing, and
if your apache+php install is indeed "correct" then there is NOT A WAY
for any php script to make it crash.    Your apache logs definitely
show signs of a problem.  I have run phpgroupware on windows with
apache before and my logs did not have those errors, so you might ask
whoever compiled that WAMP what's going on.  it shows hints of cygwin,
which is not a good way to run apache+php on windows as both have
native ports.
