Ok, problem 1 is solved. That was really as simple as apache not being able to 
access files outside of web root... a config change fixed that.

However, the problem with forum remain. I think it looks like several querys 
are trying to create tables with "not null null" which is of course somewhat 
confusing.. I have a full fault message in debug mode if it helps:
